"Topping Off" Marks Milestone in Construction

at South Norwalk Branch Library

Mohan Tracy, president of the Library Board of Directors, Mayor Alex Knopp, and John Hawley of Gilbance Construction speak to reporters Friday at "topping off" ceremonies on the grounds of the South Norwalk Branch Library under renovation.
